COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS:
1 c. flour, extra full
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
COMBINE IN SEPARATE BOWL:
1 stick butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
Mix until creamy.
BLEND IN:
1 c. raw oatmeal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, OR butterscotch OR mixed
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, OR butterscotch OR mixed
Add dry ingredients and mix well until creamy. Make into small balls and press flat on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until slightly brown. Remove from sheet and cool on rack. Store in refrigerator. Can be frozen indefinitely.
