- 1/2 pound ground pork (ground hamburger, chicken or turkey can be substituted)
- 1/2 pound shrimps, chopped finely
- 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
- 1 t salt
- 1 t freshly ground pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 package of egg roll wrappers
- 1/2 c cooking oil
Season with salt and pepper.
Place a level table spoon of filling on each egg roll wrapper and seal with a few drops of water.
Deep fry in hot oil and drain on paper towel.
Serve with lemon/hot oil/soy sauce. (YUMMY!!)
